We ship Monday - Friday 8AM - 12PM CST. Cutoff time for shipping is 12PM CST.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
- All sales are final unless an item is damaged during shipping. We are not responsible for loss of package due to theft. All orders over $100 are sent with signature confirmation.
- To initiate a return claim, please contact us at brad@rnrcollect.com We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for returned merchandise.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- All sales are final unless approved by contracting us directly.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
